When it comes to knives, I am not the guy who is going to talk about the angle of the blade, the material or where the balance point should be.\u00a0 I am just a guy who loves cooking, food, and needs the right knife for the job.\u00a0 So let’s jump into the Veark Santoku Knife and learn more about this knife.<\/p>\n

Veark Santoku Knife Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As I said, I am not going to geek all out on you so if that is what you’re looking for, this isn’t the post for you.\u00a0 However, I am the guy who knows that having the right tool for the job makes life easier.\u00a0 So when it comes to knives, I know and understand that having the perfect knife is crucial, so if I have to pay more, I have no issues.\u00a0 I just want a great knife for the job at hand.<\/p>\n

So I said I wouldn’t geek out but I do have to go over some of the important information such as this is made from German steel (X50CRMoV15) and weighs about 6.7 oz. and has a hardness of 58 HRC.<\/p>\n

The blade is about 5.9″ long and each knife is sharpened by hand to just below 30\u00b0.<\/p>\n

The knife is drop forged from a single piece of steel.\u00a0 So not only is this knife tough, but it is a quality knife and no two knives are alike.<\/p>\n\r\n
